Delivery or pickup details are clear
We provide all the necessary information regarding how you'll receive your delicious dough, whether through delivery or convenient local pickup in Taupo.
- We deliver nationwide (free delivery in Taupo only) and free pickup from our address
- Deliveries are sent out every Wednesday by 5pm and pickups are every Thursday by 5pm
- Our dough is packaged fresh, and safe and is always chilled.

Agreement to terms

Ordering and acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance by Nannie Julia's. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure online payment system. Accepted payment methods (card and/or bank transfer). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Cancellation policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, as preparation may have already begun, cancellations will not be accepted. Please contact us at nanniejulias@gmail.com or 0212162791 if you need to cancel an order within the allowed timeframe.
