Orders are typically prepared within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, weekends, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently offer:
- Free local delivery within Taupo
- Free local pickup
- Selected New Zealand shipping options depending on product type and packaging requirements.
3. Freshness & Packaging
Our products are carefully packaged to help maintain freshness and product quality during transport. As many products are frozen or chilled, customers should refrigerate or freeze products as soon as possible after delivery.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the courier or marked as delivered/picked up, responsibility for safe storage transfers to the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries where possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
6. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, weather, or events outside of our control may occasionally occur.
7. Incorrect Addresses
